African Richest man and business mogul Aliko Dangote has detailed why he doesn’t own any house Abroad and lives in a rented apartment in Abuja.
During his press conference at the Dangote Petroleum Refinery in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State, on Sunday, July 14, the money mogul revealed that he doesn’t own a house abroad.
He backed his words with the claim that his intention in industrialized Africa is the peak reason he has refused to own a house abroad—the same as living in a rented apartment in Abuja.
He added that he once bought a house Abroad but sold it in recent years.
His words:
“The reason I don’t have a London or America house is solely because I wanted to focus on industrialization in Nigeria. I figured that if I had those houses, there will be one reason or the other for me to visit those places thereby causing distraction for me.”
“I am very passionate about the Nigeria dream and apart from my Lagos house, I have another one in my home state Kano and a rented one in Abuja,”
Nigerians couldn’t hold their nerves and reacted massively via all the social media platforms.
